This animated short is very special to me. It focuses on what it is like to grow up mixed race and how to to learn to love yourself.

The short follows 3 different mixed-race kids, all from various backgrounds, and although their stories aren't the same, they share many of the same experiences.

I created this short film in high school. I was awarded a National Student Production Award in Best Graphics/Special Effects/Animation from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
